Travis Crayosky, Chair

Travis is currently a Principal, Environmental Services at Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. He has managed hundreds of natural resource projects that have ranged from small-scale single family lots to large-scale conservation and restoration projects, which included one of the largest stream and wetland restoration projects completed by The Nature Conservancy of Virginia to date. Travis currently serves on local and state technical committees and often conducts environmental outreach and education training activities.

Prior to moving to Williamsburg in 1996, he was born and raised in Pennsylvania and educated at Penn State. He loves baseball and currently coaches his son’s team. He also is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys hunting and fishing, and taking walks or “adventures” with his family. He attends the Williamsburg Community Chapel and has served on various ministry committees. He is a member of the LEAD Historic Triangle Class of 2017, a program sponsored by the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance whose mission is to encourage, develop and support future community leaders.

Travis and his wife, Karen, have two children: Caitlyn (10) and Cade (7 ½).
